Dedicated to his wonderful grandmother Margarita, Rita’s owner Jimmy Kunz follows the values she instilled in him of putting love and care into everything you do.

Spending summers with Rita in the Swiss Alps as Jimmy grew up, they’d cook all night to music and with loved ones. Grandma Rita showed him how all cultures are delicious and best celebrated through feasts and good times.
